Graduates and MBAs will always have a home at Challenge Advisory. Our roles for graduates and MBAs include Associates, where you can work as a practice consultant or as a generalist. We also have roles available as specialists in a specific industry e.g. agriculture and water treatment, and there are also internships available for a period of ten weeks.
We welcome undergraduates from STEM subjects, humanities, economics and business. We are looking for undergraduates with academic excellence, leadership qualities and strong work experience. At Challenge Advisory, an undergraduate could work alongside an analyst or work as a fellows in client service.
Professionals with an advanced degree, even if they aren’t familiar with business metrics, have a huge role to play at Challenge Advisory. We offer associate, junior associate and business analyst roles, and internships are also offered as part of our extensive recruitment program.
