Our methods at Challenge Advisory are part of our outstanding client service. In order to acclimatise you to the Challenge Advisory work climate, we offer 2 weeks of dedicated on-the-job training designed to bring you up to speed on our problem solving methods, our mind-sets and our thinking process.
Our Business Acclimatisation workshop is aimed to our undergraduates, our Non-MBAs and our Professionals, and it is designed to give a better understanding of the business landscape for those who would not have been previously exposed to it.
Our Authority & Inspiration workshop is designed for those who are transitioning from associate to engagement manager. We also work with consultants who are starting to independently lead teams, giving them leadership and management training. Finally, for people transitioning to senior positions, we have a Client Leadership workshop to ensure that the change is as smooth as possible.
For our younger members of our family (graduates, postgraduates and interns), we have a special training program that is designed to cultivate leadership skills. This includes encouraging strategic thinking, developing your interpersonal and organisation skills, as well as teaching our future leaders how to manage pressure and thrive underneath it.
