Jerome is a serial entrepreneur who founded Cambridge Nanosystems, a leading graphene nanomaterial supplier, at the age of 24. He worked previously in the energy industry on the implementation of smart grids and renewable energy integration in France and the UK. After this first exit, he advised and invested in startups primarily in the areas of Cleantech and Education. In early 2017, he founded Nymbly, a company aiming at deploying low power Internet of Things solutions for Smart Cities and Smart Environment applications. The company was acquired at the end of 2017 by a major IoT competitor.

I lead the team responsible for venture investments (direct and indirect) and acquisitions in the region comprising Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Russia.
Itxaso is an Investment Partner for Microsoft Ventures. She is based in London and is responsible for the investments in Europe. Previously, Itxaso was a Principal at Lepe Partners where she led investments in venture growth companies in digital media and consumer technologies. Itxaso is a Kauffman Fellow and holds a BSc and MSc in Engineering as well as a PhD focused on Economics and Venture Capital. Itxaso has also taught entrepreneurship in many institutions including Imperial College and University College London.

Harry is an analyst whose core responsibility is to manage deal-flow including the assessment of pitches and guiding the investment decision-making progress with the investment committe. He is also responsible for the monthly research report, ‘State of Investment’ to inform the wider investment and crypto community on investment sentiment.
Alix is an associate. She joined Orange Growth Capital (Now Finch Capital) in September 2017 from Citigroup in London, where she was a senior analyst providing financial and M&A advisory services to corporate, private equity and financial clients across EMEA. Prior to that she worked for Acumen Fund in Ghana focusing on venture investing in FinTech, agriculture and energy. Before that she was with Schroders in London, Integro Insurance Brokers in New York and Marsh in Paris where she worked as an analyst and junior insurance broker.
Brian is an experienced industry software, tech entrepreneur and investment manager. He has extensive corporate technology experience from product management roles at global telecom companies such as Ericsson Group and Telenor Group. Additionally, Brian has deep operational experience as a founding shareholder and board director of a number of high tech start-ups backed by international VCs including Feedhenry where he worked with Barry Downes. He has had a successful track record as a hedge fund growth capital investment manager funding over 60 companies.
Eleonore joined in 2017. Prior to that, she was working in another venture capital firm in London after some experience in financial advisory at Ondra Partners. Eleonore is from France and holds a Bachelor Degree in Politics from King’s College and a Masters in Management from London Business School.
