Matthew Ashton from CVA to Speak at AG40

London, August 6th 2018 – Challenge Advisory are delighted to announce that Matthew Ashton, Senior Vice President of Central Valley Ag Cooperative, will be speaking at AG40 in San Francisco from 14-15 November.

Matthew Ashton will be part of the ‘Traceability/Transparency in the Supply Chain’ panel. The topics covered in this panel will include the discussion of transparency, regulation and rural access to healthy foods, the reintroduction of locally grown produce to agriculture communities, the value of the food supply chain, assessing the applications of food safety and traceability, and the importance of supply chain data and traceability.  

With 20 years of industry experience, Matthew is focused in grain origination, operations, merchandising and leadership. He is the CEO of Central Farmers Cooperative and a graduate of Iowa State University. Matthew currently serves as the Senior VP of Grain for Central Valley Ag Cooperative.

Matthew states, “Agriculture 4.0 is an extremely exciting event to be a part of, as everyone in our industry face many of the same challenges and opportunities. Working together for the betterment of all is an event we are honored to be a part of.”
