Our Management Team

Steven Edden
Chairman

Steven Edden is responsible for leadership of the Challenge Advisory Board. He ensures effective operation of the Challenge Advisory corporate governance. Steven acts as a liaison for shareholder discussions, and considers the views for all stakeholders and ensures their concerns are acknowledged by the board. He also heads the Challenge Advisory agenda, focused on strategy, performance, value creation and accountability, and ensure that issues relevant to those areas are considered by the Board.

Andrei Kirovsky
Chief Security Officer

Andrei has several years of experience in security, working all across Eastern and Central Europe with the primary purpose of keeping companies safe from physical and technological attacks. He is an accomplished computer programmer, and uses his expertise to contribute directly to our firewalls and algorithms.

Managing Partner

Karveh is the global leader of Challenge Advisory and a core component of Challenge Advisory’s Industry 4.0 practice. Based in London, he works with Governments, multinational companies on strategy and business transformation, with expertise in innovation, growth, organisation, repurposing and risk.

James Rodrigo
Marketing Director

James Rodrigo is responsible for the entirety of Challenge Advisory’s Marketing and Communications, managing both internal and external communications throughout Challenge Advisory. He is responsible for Challenge Advisory’s public image, creating communication strategies, supervising the public relations staff, managing accounts and serving as the main media contact for Challenge Advisory.

Jefferson Hall
Chief Technological Officer

Jefferson Hall provides Challenge Advisory with the data and knowledge to develop their long-term strategies. He is an expert in data analysis, specialising in the technological and agricultural sector, and facilitates thought-leading research throughout the organisation. He is responsible for development and knowledge transfer between Challenge Advisory stakeholders.

Thomas Ikama
Chief Operating Officer

Thomas Ikama is responsible for organisational health at Challenge Advisory, devising and aligning strategies for Challenge Advisory, overseeing the day-to-day operations of Challenge Advisory. He is also responsible for communicating strategy and policy to employees throughout our organisation, aligning these employees with company objectives and overseeing the management of human resources.

Jonathan Esperanza
Chief Information Officer

A dynamic, results-driven professional, Jonathan facilitates significant growth through expansion in new strategic offerings, global geographies, and new markets, demonstrating capabilities in building high growth businesses with a strong operational focus and a passion for attracting and engaging superior talent and building high performing teams that deliver results.

Aubrey Longmore
Principal

An expert with years of experience working for and with regional Governments and International NGOs, Aubrey Longmore is an expert in overseeing economic development across a wide range of organisations. He possesses an in-depth understanding of development economics, with a strong emphasis on bringing methods of modern economic analysis to development theory and policy through qualitative and quantitative techniques.

Raymond Veetch
Chief Financial Officer

Raymond is the senior manager responsible for the maintenance of Challenge Advisory's finances. Raymond is in charge of financial planning and monitoring cash flow for the entire organisation. Raymond has extensive financial management experience as well as educational credentials in finance and accounting, and he uses his expertise to analyse the Challenge Advisory's financial strengths and weaknesses in order to identify areas of improvement.
