Crime Scene Technician Program
The role of the Crime Scene technician
is an extremely important one in gathering evidence, which is contributed towards
a case in a court of law. If you are considering pursuing this as a career you will
need to have passed a Crime Scene Technician Program. During the course, you will
be taught how to identify the boundaries of the crime scene and gather evidence.
These might be fingerprints, samples of soot to test for an accelerant if arson is
suspected, or DNA samples such as blood or hair for individual identification. You
will need to show extreme care for detail and exhibit a methodical approach. Some
crime scenes can be emotionally upsetting, so you will need to be sure that you can
